RULES FOR VISITORS
Save yourself inconveniences at the entrance. Here's a list of things to leave at home when visiting the Australian Grand Prix.
What can you bring, and what is forbidden?
WHAT CAN'T BE TAKEN?
- Alcoholic beverages (unless bought at the event)
- Glass bottles or containers (unless purchased at the event)
- Beverage containers with a broken manufacturer’s seal (unless bought at the event)
- Hard-cased eskies or ice boxes (polystyrene eskies and cooler bags are permitted)
- Furniture such as chairs, lounges, benches, or stools, except for folding chairs or stools
- Clothing featuring racist, indecent, or obscene language or images, or apparel intimidating to others, such as outlaw motorcycle club colours
- Prohibited or controlled weapons, firearms, or dangerous goods
- Animals, except for certified assistance animals
- Metal flag or banner poles longer than 1 metre
- Whistles, loud hailers, horns, or bugles
- Motorcycle helmets - if needed, loaking services are offered to all attendees at the event. You can find secure cloaking at the Public Storage facility within the Circuit Motorcycle Parking Area, conveniently located near Gate 1.
- Flares, fireworks, laser pointers, or distress signals
- Public address systems, electronic or broadcast equipment that may interfere with event broadcasts or similar devices
- Vehicles, including golf buggies, bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, rollerblades, or scooters (unless needed for access by a person with a disability, health condition, or impairment)
- Items without a reasonable use at the event, particularly those that could damage property or deface the event area (e.g., spray paint)
- Items that could disrupt the event, interfere with drivers, jeopardise public safety, or be used to excavate the event area or erect structures
- Items in quantities suggesting commercial intent
- Goods or tickets intended for sale or commercial distribution to attendees
- Drones, spider cameras, or any other aerial photography, video, or audio recording devices
- Camera lenses longer than 400 mm or any item that could obstruct another attendee’s view
- Professional photographic, video, or audio recording equipment Political, religious, or offensive items such as flags, clothing, banners, signs, and symbols that could be used for political or religious protests, or for any racial, discriminatory, or offensive purposes.
